With over 40 years of experience developing commercial real estate, David Sowels exhibits excellence in all phases: site selection, financing, building design, construction, and securing property management. 

In California alone he has personally sold over $100,000,000 in commercial and residential real estate since first becoming a licensed real estate broker in California in 1970. In addition to founding the company, David remains the principal and founder of both 3N Realty Advisors, a real estate brokerage firm, and Cogent Bay Realty Inc., both of which are in Fairfield, California. 

Launching off his successes in California, David has developed real estate in the states of Texas, Arizona and Georgia. Within his total experience he has completed development of over $24,000,000 in custom and estate homes and commercial developments of over $240,000,000.

David is licensed as a real estate broker in California and maintains the GRI designation. He has experience in ventures such as Multi-Family Housing, Solar Energy, Waterfall Vineyards, and Private Residence Clubs. Current projects  include multi-family apartments, commercial buildings, and custom family homes. 

David has owned and managed H.U.D. financed properties which include a 92-unit Section 8 project in Fairfield California and a 231-unit high-rise apartment building in Oakland California and managed the ground up stabilization and sale of a 96-unit multi-family complex, in Merced. 

David's business model encompasses the philosophy that anyone at any financial level can and should invest. His investors range from corporate leaders, celebrities in both the music and film industry and professional athletes as well as neighbors in his community.
